This project posed unique challenges, from navigating a rigorous approval process to maximizing space on a tight lot. By refining HVAC runs that could have impacted the design and overall aesthetic, selecting standard window sizes, and strategically grading the lot, we ensured that every inch of the home was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Thoughtful grading also helped prevent flooding for the lots around the house, saving costs and preserving neighborhood harmony.
Together, we brought precision and creativity to this build, minimizing material waste and optimizing every design element. This collaboration not only sets a new standard for attainable housing but also reflects our shared commitment to thoughtful, impactful design.
